City Garden is a project developed based on a reinterpretation of the classic botanic gardens. City Garden is created with a specific focus on combining the lungs of the city with a kitchen garden. This concept is developed to fit the environment at Aalborg harbor front to contrast the cold industrial environment. It is a new type of public garden where the architecture as well as the concept evolves around a multi sensuous experience. The garden will thus take the visitors though a series of different garden themes from growing to cooking supported by the architectural spatiality.
